General information

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to me. I therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information I inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of my website.

Contact with me

If you contact me by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by me for 1 year for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. I will not pass on this data without your consent. Your data is confidential. Under no circumstances will it be sold, rented or made available to third parties.

Cookies

My website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. I use cookies to make my website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable me to recognize your browser on your next visit. If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of my website may be limited.

YouTube

I use YouTube. This is a video portal of YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA, hereinafter referred to only as „YouTube“.YouTube is a subsidiary of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to only as „Google“.

A connection to the YouTube server in the USA is established as soon as you access one of my web pages on which a YouTube video is embedded. This connection is necessary in order to be able to display the respective video on the website via your Internet browser. In the course of this, YouTube will at least record and process your IP address, the date and time and the website you have visited. In addition, a connection to Google’s „DoubleClick“ advertising network is established. If you are logged in to YouTube at the same time, YouTube will assign the connection information to your YouTube account. If you wish to prevent this, you must either log out of YouTube before visiting our website or make the appropriate settings in your YouTube user account. For the purpose of functionality and analysis of user behavior, YouTube permanently stores cookies on your end device via your Internet browser. If you do not agree to this processing, you have the option of preventing the storage of cookies by changing the settings in your Internet browser. Note on data transfer to the USA and other third countries

Among other things, we use tools from companies based in the USA or other third countries that are not secure under data protection law. If these tools are active, your personal data may be transferred to these third countries and processed there. We would like to point out that a level of data protection comparable to that in the EU cannot be guaranteed in these countries. For example, US companies are obliged to hand over personal data to security authorities without you as the data subject being able to take legal action against this. It can therefore not be ruled out that US authorities (e.g. secret services) may process, evaluate and permanently store your data on US servers for surveillance purposes. We have no influence on these processing activities.

Your rights

In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
